Registration Fees | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
All fees are in US dollar and non-refundable.

Confirmation and Receipt | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Registration Confirmation and Receipt will be sent via email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment and proof of student status if applicable. |

Cancellation / Refund | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

We understand that unforeseen events may prevent you from attending the conference. Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds for cancelled registrations. However, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a co-author or colleague. To arrange a transfer, please contact the Conference Secretary by email to rqd.conferences@gmail.com before July 31, 2025. If you registered at the student discount rate and the transferee is not a student, the discount will not apply and you will need to pay the difference between the student rate and the regular rate. |

Visa compliance / Letter of Invitation | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
It is the sole responsibility of the attendees to ensure that they comply with any visa requirements to attend the conference. The conference organizers cannot contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. An invitation letter will be issued in electronic form to registered authors upon request only. It should be understood that an invitation letter only aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference and does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to their attendance at the conference are the sole responsibility of the attendees. |

Food Allergy / Special dietary requirements | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
It is the sole responsibility of the attendees to inform event organizer (conference secretary, conference chair, program chair) at least 5 business days in advance of any food allergy or special dietary requirements they may have. |
