Abstract This paper mainly focuses on the survival data and reliability indices of the mixture model of finite mixed distributions in heterogeneous nature. These types of models are used by manufacturers that exert much effort to design and manufactures highly reliable products to meet the customer needs to cope with the market competition. Proposed a K-Fold mixture model for mixed distributions of Gamma, Weibull, Lognormal distributions. We have investigated all the models' parameter values by some specific methods like maximum likelihood estimation and the expectation-maximization algorithm. We draw a graph using the Akaike information criterion test and compare mixture models which one is the best model for use industrial area or companies.
