Abstract Airborne transmitter service in the poor conditions, thread connection is easy to fail, there are serious safety problems. In this paper, a method is proposed for the safety of the airborne transmitter thread connection. Using traditional mechanical analysis and finite element analysis methods, first, the static load analysis of the airborne transmitter connection is carried out, and considering the impact of recoil on the bolts; And then analyze the static force of the bolt connection based on ABAQUS and ANSYS; Finally, the results of theoretical mechanics and finite element method are compared, to ensure the safety of the threaded connection.
