Comprehensive Reliability Evaluating of Large Mechanical and Electrical Assembling Equipment based on Testing and Controlling

Abstract The complexity mechanical and electrical equipment based on testing and controlling, which has special missions to assemble multi- elliptical spherical shelly workpiece with high precision. This topic was proposed a method point of view based on its high compositive multi-function ,which can acquire the testing information for comprehensive reliability evaluating. the first step is to acquire the information from the associated testing by its unit system with little time, the second step is to convert it into equivalent information for the unitary system , then to synthesize it with the unitary system testing information. This information used to accomplish the comprehensive reliability evaluating, which providing the gist for the equipment to be using in fact. This method provides a viable and strong method for the reliability evaluating of the complexity system.
