Abstract In the gasoline consumption market, we observe that a significant proportion of consumers exhibit strong brand loyalty, frequently choosing specific gas stations. Consequently, to enhance customer retention and mitigate the impact of price fluctuations, we have developed price commitment strategies. These strategies ensure that consumers will not pay more than a predetermined price in future transactions, thereby reducing purchasing risk and promoting market stability. However, predicting customer churn in the context of price commitments presents a challenging task, primarily due to the lack of historical churn data specific to such scenarios. To address this issue, we propose a novel model aimed at predicting churn under price commitment conditions.
