Abstract | Substations play a crucial role in the power system, providing powerful technology and support for power transmission, distribution, and supply networks. This article constructs a geometric model by analyzing the internal structure and heating elements of the air switchgear. Based on the diffusion process of humid air from the cable trench to the switchgear, a heat transfer model for the switchgear is studied and established to predict its operating characteristics under different environmental conditions. This provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the reliable operation and maintenance of air switchgear in substations.
