Transportation System Failures: An Investigative Study

Abstract This paper presents a study of failures in transportation systems. Many different aspects of failures are studied in rail, aviation, ships and motor vehicles including mechanical failure-related aviation accidents, defects in vehicle parts, rail defects and weld failures, and ship failures and their causes.
