Registration Terms and Conditions

  • Registration requires both the completion of an online registration form and full payment of the registration fee.

  • Confirmation and receipt will be issued electronically upon the receipt of both registration form and full payment.

  • Paid registration is required for all attendees including committee members, presentations, and publications of papers in the conference proceedings.

  • There is no onsite registration. Registration must be made and paid in advance.


Registration Requirements and Deadlines for Authors
  • Registration deadline is May 15, 2017 

  • Each Registration fee entitles the publication and presentation of one (1) paper of up to 5 pages. Extra pages will be charged 60 USD per page. Camera-ready papers are due on May 15, 2017.

  • Author with more than one accepted papers may pay the Additional Paper fee if wishes to include the additional papers. The additional papers must be presented by the registered author.

  • If two or more authors of the same paper attend the conference, each one must pay his/her respective registration fee in full.

  • Student-Author Registration rate is only available to full time graduate students with valid proofs. Post-doctorates are not eligible for this rate. Required proofs: copy of valid student ID and official confirmation of full time student status from Advisor or university. Proofs should be submitted to Registration is not complete without proofs.

  • By registering a paper, you certify that it is your original work and has not been copyrighted or published before.


Registration Requirements and Deadline for Co-Authors and Guests
  • Registration deadline is July 20, 2017 

  • Registrations must be made and paid online in advance by July 20, 2017.


  • All fees are in US dollars and non-refundable.

  • Fees:
    • Author registration: 595 USD
    • Student-Author registration: 530 USD
    • Non-Author registration: 750 USD

    • Extra page fee: 60 USD per page
    • Additional paper fee: 60 USD per page

  • Registration fee includes:
    • Access to all conference sessions
    • One printed copy of the Conference Proceedings
    • One electronic copy of the Conference Proceedings
    • Welcome reception
    • Conference lunch
    • Daily continental breakfasts
    • Refreshment breaks during conference
    • Conference gifts


  • Registration fees can be paid by credit card, PayPal, check or bank transfer

  • Payments by credit card must be done online

  • Check payments must be in US dollars, drawn on US bank

  • Bank transfer payment option is only available to authors of accepted papers only.


Confirmation and Receipt

Registration confirmation and payment receipt will be sent via email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment and applicable proofs (if required).




We understand that unforeseen events may prevent you from attending the conference. Due to costs already incurred, no refunds will be made for cancellation of your registration. But, if you are registered and are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a co-author or a colleague within your organization. You must inform RQD 2017 conference secretary by email to before August 1, 2017 to initiate a transfer. If the conference registration fee is greater (e.g. Author registration to Non-Author registration, etc.), the person to whom the registration is being transferred must pay the difference.


Letter of Invitation

An invitation letter will only be issued to authors of accepted paper upon request. If you require a letter of invitation, please submit your online registration form with the "Letter of Invitation" box checked. Invitation letter will be issued in electronic form via email. If you require a hardcopy of the invitation letter sent to you by express courier, you will have to pay the relevant expenses in advance.

It should be understood that an invitation letter only aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference and does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to their attendance at the conference are the sole responsibility of the attendees.


Visa compliance

It is the sole responsibility of the attendees to ensure that they comply with any visa requirements to attend the conference. The conference organizers cannot contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.


  • PHOTOGRAPHY: By participating in ISSAT's conferences, participants gives ISSAT the right to use their name, photograph, and biography in ISSAT's news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic, or other media, including ISSAT’s website.

  • LIABILITY: ISSAT will not accept liability for direct or indirect damages of any nature sustained by Participants or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of its conferences or related events.

  • PERSONAL INSURANCE: ISSAT cannot be responsible for health care during its conferences or events. ISSAT strongly recommends that Participants take out comprehensive personal and travel insurance. ISSAT accepts no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or Participants however caused or arising.
