Initial Paper Submission
  Authors are requested to submit their Full Paper or Extended Abstract electronically in PDF or Microsoft Word format.
 

Please include Corresponding Author's contact information in your submission. Corresponding author is one who is responsible for receiving and forwarding our emails to all coauthors of the paper.

Required Corresponding Author's contact information:

  • Title (Prof., Mr., Mrs., ...)
  • Name
  • Affiliation (Name of Company or University)
  • Email address
  Papers must be original and have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
  Manuscripts must be written in English and include:
  • All authors' names and affiliations
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Discussions/Results
  • Conclusion
  • References
  Manuscript format:
  • paper size: 8.5" x 11"
  • two-column
  • single-line spacing
  • font-size: 10 pt.
  • font-type: Arial (or similar fonts)

If you wish, you may use our Microsoft Word template in preparing your manuscripts.
  Each submission is limited to 8 pages. Extra page charge will apply for a final paper exceeding 5 pages.
