Assessment of General Equipment Support System Construction Ability Risk

Abstract Ability risk is the important index of military operation other than war equipment weather ready to perform military operation other than war task. In order to solve the problem that distribution about military operation other than war equipment is unknown, fuzzy method is adopt to construct ability risk evaluation model. military operation other than war general equipment support system construction ability risk evaluation three-level index system is constructed according to principle of index system construction and feature of military operation other than war equipment. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model is constructed with expert system analysis. military operation other than war general equipment support system construction ability risk is got by judging matrix construction according to the principle of maximum membership degree. Influence on military operation other than war equipment by environment noise is depressed and robustness of ability risk evaluation is increased by the model.
