Research on Compilation Method of Test Load Spectrum for Stator Blade Regulation Mechanism

Abstract In this paper, the reliability test load spectrum of the aero-engine stator blade adjustment mechanism is studied. Based on the measured flight profile data of an aero-engine, the flight speed spectrum of the entire aero-engine was compiled. According to the regulation of stator blade installation angle for an aero-engine, the rotating speed spectrum of the entire machine is converted into a stator blade angle regulation profile and an aerodynamic load profile. Finally, based on the principle of equivalent conversion, the static blade adjustment mechanism load spectrum is converted into the mechanism test load spectrum. The results of this paper provide the basis for accurate reliability and lifetime predictions.
